ProcessSense® allows customers to perform forms-digitisation and configure end-to-end business processes that are fully integrated with Oracle SaaS Applications offering employees compelling user experiences whilst driving greater self-service and automation. It provides a comprehensive framework
for customers to automate business processes alongside native Oracle SaaS processes using the same security with identical user experience and runs in the same data centres as your Oracle SaaS environments.
It is designed from the ground-up to be for business users and process specialists to configure processes without the need for technical personnel or system integrators. New processes can be configured in a matter of a few hours, test driven against live data and published to users at the touch of a button without system downtime.
The user experience is identical to the standard product and users will be unaware that they are navigating between solutions. Processes are fully integrated with the Oracle SaaS springboards and menus. Customers utilising single-sign-on with Oracle SaaS Applications will experience seamless navigation to ProcessSense.
ProcessSense automatically sources data from Oracle SaaS out of the box. This data is used in conjunction with real-time access to Oracle SaaS to enable process owners to achieve sophisticated process automation and workflow.
ProcessSense provides the ability for users to generate pages to capture, validate and audit data via simple configuration using the rich data sets of Oracle SaaS. Information can be automatically defaulted into fields based on a user’s persona and business rules can be configured which validate data entered across fields directly against the SaaS data sets.
Built-in dashboards provide real-time insights across processes to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvement. Data is centralised in a single customer-owned Oracle Cloud database which can be integrated with the client’s reporting solution. This same database is hooked up to source transactional data directly from Oracle SaaS and can be merged with ProcessSense data for extended reporting.
ProcessSense contains a comprehensive workflow capability to drive greater self-service and process automation. It has a highly configurable business rules engine which can utilise Oracle SaaS data for validation and approval routing. Workflow actors are sourced directly from Oracle HCM Cloud and there is no need for separate integrations to source HR data.
Use Oracle SaaS employee-supervisor and work structure hierarchies for approval. Specify the number of approval levels required or use the ProcessSense business rules engine for dynamic routing. There is also the ability to configure custom hierarchies.
Route processes based on data entered by users. Configure exception rules for unusual scenarios with full audit and tracking capability. There is support for parallel processing as well as the ability to send notifications at different stages of a process using configurable message templates. Escalation rules can be configured and all workflow routing respects vacation rules and absence in Oracle HCM Cloud.
The ProcessSense Team Centre module can be used for user groups who manage large numbers of requests. Team Centre is integrated with the ProcessSense business rules engine to allow routing of requests by queue and agent. You can also attach service levels to process stages and configure escalation rules for breaches.
Includes a dedicated workflow process activity (callout) to perform custom integration to 3rd party systems in real-time or background. Callouts can interact with many types of integration end-points including those exposed by Oracle Integration Cloud.
ProcessSense is designed with an API-first architecture. 3rd party systems, including robotic process automation solutions (RPA) can integrate with the solution via REST API’s. Pre-built integration exists to Oracle CX Cloud to raise service requests based on events occurring in Oracle SaaS.
The events engine within ProcessSense provides the ability to automatically trigger business outcomes based on events in Oracle SaaS. The notification activity within the workflow engine allows users
to send email messages with dynamic content.
Fully compliant with the Oracle Digital Assistant SDK. Based on a dialogue with a Digital Assistant, a bot can sign-post a user directly to a process or ProcessSense can serve up a data capture region to the
