This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Rossera's modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
This statement provides background to our organisation and sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our organisation or any of our supply chains.

Rossera has a commitment against slavery and human trafficking in all forms and strives to always act ethically, ensuring that slavery and human trafficking does not take place within our organisation or our supply chains. The procurement and HR policies and procedures aim to contribute to minimising the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our organisation and our suppliers.
Rossera ensures that adequate information and training where appropriate is provided to all employees. For example, new joiners attend an induction session which includes information and training on our policies and procedures.
When engaging with a new supplier and subject to periodic review, Rossera ensures that the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking is considered. We continue to review our policies and procedures to ensure that they are effective and appropriate. We are satisfied that our key suppliers have appropriate policies in place in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking. Due diligence and monitoring is ongoing and under periodic review to further minimise a range of risks, including slavery and human trafficking.
